This is a compact LED torch with a hidden camera and microphone.

 

The camera is able to take still photos or video (with audio).

 

It can be used as a small torch and, wherever the torch is aimed, still pictures or video and audio can be recorded. The torch itself and the camera are controlled separately so that one can use the torch just as a torch, without filming, or the camera can be used to record video and audio either with or without the torch being switched on.

 

Battery life while recording is about one hour and the internal memory stores at least an hour's worth of video and audio.

 

The torch is connected to a PC for downloading of the recordings.

This is a truly brilliant piece of surveillance gear.

 

You put a standard cellphone SIM card into this unit and you then hide the bug anywhere you like.

 

You then phone into the bug from anywhere and you can listen in to whatever is going on around the bug.

 

The microphone in the bug is very sensitive and picks up conversations in even a large office with ease.

 

The unit can even be hidden a car so that you can listen in to what's happening in the car as it drives around. You don't even have to follow the car, you can sit at your desk and listen from there.

 

You can install several of these units anywhere in the word where there is GSM cellphone coverage and dial into them and listen at any time.

 

The unit contains a rechargeable battery which provides about a week's worth of standby time and about four hours of talk time (or listen time in this case).

 

Alternatively the unit can be installed with its charger connected, in which case it will just keep on working.
