It doesn't matter how many cameras or guards you have: if you aren't getting intelligence from within your wokforce, you are not informed about what's going on. Undercover agents are known by many different terms - impimpi / mole / spy / sleuth. We politely call them agents.

Why you need undercover agents within your workforce

Unfortunately, security guards are often poorly paid, work long hours and don't feel much loyalty towards their employer. They are susceptible to bribery and become the first line of attack for criminals.

We provide well-trained agents who are ordinary people rather than "super sleuths": they can establish a rapport with the people they work with. They are hired through the usual channels and will also perform the job within your company that they were ostensibly hired for, while gathering intelligence. They have frequent contact with us, for debriefing, and are paid by us on top of their normal salary, which encourages loyalty.

We screen our agents and do regular lie detector testing, including before employing them. We have also developed our own training methods and materials.

All reports are stored on our Meerkat online data facility for ease of reference. Meerkat allows you to follow trends and patterns within the submitted information, and to easily search for specific incidences.

Technology

Undercover agents are equipped with the latest in surveillance technology. We make use of hidden cameras and audio recording devices which the agent can unobtrusively wear on his person or carry with him without being detected.
